Now residing in the picturesque Rocky Mountain town of Elkford BC, Meagan is a self taught fibre artist specializing in the craft of needle felting. When she’s not creating she keeps busy with her two young sons and their old dog Melvin
The process
Meagan sculpts her fibre art creations with a single barbed needle. Each poke of the felting needle turns the fluffy wool into felt by tangling the individual fibres together. One piece can take several hours to come to life, even though they are small they are full of detail! needle felting
